Managing Director
Originally from Fiji, Richard has spent the last 25 years in media and telecommunications. He’s held news, content and operations roles in Television stations in Fiji and PNG and over the last 17 years has been behind several projects including the establishment of Fiji’s second TV network Mai TV and PNG’s first digital terrestrial network Click TV.
Richard also co-founded Lightspeed PNG and Woi Satellite Internet in New Zealand. He has also personally led several regional projects
including broadcasting of Festival of Pacific Arts and Pacific Games and content acquisition and distribution of events like SANZAR, Rugby
World Cups, Oceania Football, FIFA and UEFA. Richard oversees management of country operations in PNG and NZ and is one of two shareholders
of MMG Communications.
He is a trustee of National Pacific Radio Trust in New Zealand and a former Chair of Fiji Audio Visual Commission. He is a member of
the New Zealand Institute of Directors’ and is a shareholder of MMG and Lightspeed PNG.
Non-Executive Director
Stanley (Stan) is no stranger to technology related projects and is currently leading a new FINTECH start up in Australia called Touch 2
Pay. Stan chairs the Lightspeed PNG Board and is a shareholder of Lightspeed PNG and MMG. Stan is a qualified economist and has been in
the leadership team of multiple major property development projects in the Pacific Islands including Star Mountain Plaza
(Hilton) in Port Moresby and Laucala Island in Fiji for PBS Construction.

Janend (Jay) is an experienced broadcast and TELCO engineer and oversees our PNG operations along with our Network Operations Centre for PNG
and New Zealand. He manages the P&L and operations for both our TV arm via Click TV (IPTV and DTT) and Lightspeed our internet
business. He has personally managed several large scale projects for our group including IPTV head end design and commissioning at Hilton
Port Moresby and Loloata Island Resort and new IT infrastructure builds in Lae and Port Moresby. He is experienced with both GEO and LEO
gateway installations along with fibre and satellite Tier 1 upstream, WAN and LAN routing.
Manager Finance MMG Communications
Charlie is Manila based and been employed by our group for over five years. He has worked for our operation in Papua New Guinea and has led project finance management for several project including 2019 Pacific Games, Click TV in PNG and the launch of TV services in Kiribati. He has a degree in accounting and is a CPA Philippines.
